Every hard figure in your report is traced to your own documents. That is not a slogan. It is the architecture, and it is worth understanding before you rely on the output.
The number registry
The pipeline's first job is deterministic extraction: reading your uploaded documents and intake answers and pulling real figures from them. Those figures are frozen into a number registry. From that point on, every layer of the analysis writes only from the registry. Nothing downstream is allowed to introduce a new number into your report. If a figure cannot be traced, it does not exist for analysis purposes.
Analysis around the facts, never instead of them
Analytical models review the same verified figures and argue about what they mean: the risks, the valuation, the structure. Their role is judgment, not invention. Four independent frameworks work in parallel, then face each other in an adversarial debate. Conclusions that survive the challenge appear in the main report. Raw analyst opinions and the full debate transcript are preserved in the appendix, so you can see what was contested and how it resolved.
The release gate
Before anything is delivered, the finished report is inspected against the registry again: figure consistency, arithmetic, completeness. A report that passes ships. A report that fails is regenerated once. If it still fails, it is voided and you are refunded automatically. Ship, regenerate, or refund. The fourth option, shipping a defective report quietly, is not on the menu.
Where estimates live
Some inputs are genuinely unavailable in the documents. Those are not hidden: estimated figures are labeled as estimates in the report, and the data-quality panel says plainly what was missing and how it affected confidence. You always know which numbers are documents and which are judgment.
The limitations page
Every report carries a limitations page. When the verification chain corrected something, stripped something, or could not confirm something, it is listed there as a named disclosure, not a footnote. The page exists so that nothing about the report's own making is itself a secret.
Why this is the whole point
A diligence product is a trust product. A wrong figure presented with confidence is worse than no figure, because you will make a decision on it. So the gate refuses what it cannot verify, the report says plainly what it could not confirm, and the refund path exists for the day the machinery itself is not good enough. You will never pay for a report Northscope cannot stand behind.
